State-of-the-Art Facility
Located in Lafayette, Louisiana, USA, our state-of-the-art maintenance and repair center is recognized as a Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Certified Repair Station with DAR/DER authorization and a Certified Service Facility for major manufacturers. Our purpose-built facility offers more than 170,000 square feet for major inspections, modifications and upgrades, painting and more. With our full-service MRO facility and a network of resources strategically positioned worldwide, our teams are ready to mobilize aircraft quickly and meet the requirements of multiple international regulators to support your operations across the globe.

Routine Maintenance and Inspections

With more than 20 individual aircraft bays at our full-service MRO facility and a network of global resources and facilities, our teams are equipped with the latest technology, tools and equipment to provide a variety of routine maintenance and inspection services including:

Aircraft Paint Services
PHI offers decades of experience in producing high quality, professional paint finishes for a variety of aircraft and component types. From custom designs to minor repairs, our aircraft paint technicians deliver the highest level of accuracy and attention to detail for a near flawless finish every time. Our state-of-the-art downdraft paint booth is one of the few of its type in the region that can support up to two Sikorsky S-92 aircraft. Our capabilities include:

With more than 70 years of industry experience, PHI has the knowledge and expertise to modify your aircraft to your exact needs and specifications.
